Files for french translation

Hi,

This might not be the right place but I couldn't find any better. I just started to use TaskStep on a regular basis, and since I'm french, I translated the lang files to french (both the main language file and the tips file). I thought you may be interested in including those files, but didn't find a way to propose them on the Google Code page. If this is of some interest to you, then you can probably point me to a way to include them in the project.
Anyway, since translating the sentences to french made their size much longer than the english ones, it may break the default layout of TaskStep (the logout menu goes to the next line, for example). I tried to change the translation to make it fit the layout but couldn't find any better translation than the one I already had.
