TaskStep Release - 1.0
The final 1.0 version is now available for download.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of modifications and improvements:
- Major code consolidation: 21 PHP files >> 10 PHP files!
- File structure reorganization
- Replaced Xin Calendar 2 with the JavaScript Advanced Calendar Script by Anthony Garrett for adding tasks
- Fixed all noticeable CSS display issues for default, professional, and modern themes
- Fixed several IE6 display and functionality issues
- 100% PHP 5 compatible
- 100% valid XHTML 1.0 Strict page output
- Revamped upgrade script and readme
- Many small bug fixes and optimizations
Being my inaugural release, the main purpose of v1.0 is to optimize and consolidate the code base while fixing as many bugs as possible rather than add new functionality. I am happy with how things turned out, and my work should make it much easier to add new features for the next release. Let me know in the forums if you have any suggestions!
